We ship each card with care and intention.

Our greeting cards are created in a unique square format (6″ × 6″) with 100# Brilliant White Premium Paper and meaningful packaging. Because of this, we ship every order with thoughtful attention — not just for protection, but for beauty.

Shipping Details
Our shipping is simple and soul-friendly:

  • Theme sets and multi-card bundles are carefully packaged to arrive safely and beautifully.
  • Boxed collections (like the full 60-card Anthology) are prepared with special attention and artistry.
  • Most orders include tracking and updates so you know your companion is on its way.

We use a trusted, modern shipping platform to ensure reliability while preserving the small-batch, handcrafted rhythm of our work.

Shipping Timeframe

Please allow 2–4 business days for us to prepare your order. Once mailed, most packages arrive within 2–6 business days, depending on your location.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We typically ship within 2–3 business days. Once mailed most packages arrive within 2–6 days depending on destination.

Q: Do you offer tracking?
A: Most orders include tracking. Single-card orders may arrive by mail without tracking, depending on packaging.

Q: Can I return or exchange my cards?
A: Due to the nature of our small-batch paper offerings, we’re not able to accept returns. But if something arrives damaged or doesn’t meet your expectations, please reach out — we’ll respond with kindness and do our best to make it right.

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All orders are prepared and shipped with care from our small studio in the U.S.

Q: Can I send cards directly to someone as a gift?
A: Once we master our shipping routine, we will be honored to send it on your behalf with a handwritten note. Please note on those occasions: Postage and special handling of $1.50 per card / per recipient will be added for each 6″ × 6″ card sent via First-Class Mail (no tracking).
