Digital Guides

Your guide arrives electronically when your purchase is complete—ready for you the moment you are ready to receive it.

Q: How do I access my digital guide after purchase?
A: A download link is provided after payment has been successfully processed, typically through your order confirmation, email, or a combination of these.

Q: What format does the guide come in?
A: Each Threshold Companion Guide is delivered as a PDF, designed to be read as two-page spreads in sequence.

Q: Can I download my guide more than once?
A: Yes, you may. If you have difficulty accessing a file you purchased, please contact us at crystal@etchedfromthesoul.com.

Q: Do you offer other formats, such as ePub?
A: Not at this time. Each guide is currently offered as a PDF.

Q: Can digital guides be refunded?
A: Because digital products become available upon delivery, digital purchases are final once the file or download access has been provided. If you are charged more than once for the same purchase, receive an incorrect file, or encounter a technical problem that prevents access and that we are unable to resolve, please contact us at crystal@etchedfromthesoul.com so we can review what occurred.

Shipping

A card, a curated set, a book, a companion deck, a folio, a personalized Legacy Edition—each is prepared and sent with care and intention.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Because Etched from the Soul produces small-run, printed, personalized, and hand-finished work, preparation times vary by offering. The estimated processing time will be stated on the product page, at checkout, or with your order information. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping within the United States is currently a flat five dollars per order.

Q: Do you offer tracking?
A: Tracking availability depends on the offering and shipping method used. When tracking is available for your order, that information will be provided after shipment.

Q: Where do you ship?
A: Physical products are currently shipped within the United States. Orders are prepared and shipped from our small studio.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our offerings are created in limited quantities, hand-finished, or prepared specifically for an order, our return policy is designed to be clear and fair.

Q: Can I return or exchange a physical offering?
A: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly at crystal@etchedfromthesoul.com. We will review the circumstances with care and determine the appropriate next step. We may ask for photographs or other reasonable information to help us understand shipping damage or a fulfillment error.

Q: What about personalized or Legacy pieces?
A: Because personalized and Legacy pieces are created specifically for the person for whom they are ordered, they cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once personalization or custom production has begun, except where required by law or when Etched from the Soul has introduced an error. When a proof or personalization preview is provided, please review names, dates, wording, spelling, and other details carefully before approving it.

Gifting & Legacy Editions

Some gifts are chosen. Others are created because a particular life, relationship, or season of remembrance asks to be held in a more personal way.

Q: Can an Etched from the Soul offering be sent directly to someone as a gift?
A: Yes. When an offering is available for gifting, it may be sent directly to the recipient using the shipping information provided with the order. If a particular offering includes an option for a handwritten note, dedication, or other personal element, those choices will be described on the product page or during the personalization process.

Q: What is a Legacy Edition?
A: A Legacy Edition is a personalized Etched from the Soul work created for a particular person, relationship, or remembrance. Names, dates, dedications, inscriptions, selected content, or other personal elements may be incorporated into the piece. When a proof is provided, you will have an opportunity to review the personalized details before production begins.

Q: What is A Life Remembered · Legacy Folio?
A: A Life Remembered · Legacy Folio is an Etched from the Soul personalized Legacy Edition created to hold the contours of a particular life and the relationships that continue to carry its memory. Rather than adding a name to an otherwise unchanged product, the dedication and selected personal details are shaped for the person being remembered and for those who will receive the work. Each folio is then prepared and assembled in the studio as a singular keepsake intended to be held, revisited, and passed forward.

Q: How do I begin an A Life Remembered · Legacy Folio?
A: Because each folio requires personal information and thoughtful preparation, the process begins before production. Details about what may be personalized, proofing, preparation time, and ordering will be provided with the offering.
