Breathe · Homecoming

A zephyr of peace to the one who feels scattered, overwhelmed, or unsafe — and needs to be reminded they can always return to their breath.

Breath is life’s first and last prayer. YHWH, spoken without vowels, becomes the sound of breathing. This verse honors breath as sacred presence.  For the one feeling overwhelmed and in need of grounding. A thoughtful whisper to encourage mindfulness, calm, and the safety of returning to the present moment.
